For the first time, HYROX athletes will race in the heart of Shenzhen, a city known globally as the “Silicon Valley of China”.

This is your chance to take on the ultimate fitness challenge that has taken the globe by storm. Push your limits across eight functional stations and 1k runs.

Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC) is located at No. 111 Fuhua Third Rd, Futian district, Shenzhen.

Being the largest single structure building in Shenzhen, it is distinguished by its modern, state-of-the-art facilities designed for international trade fairs and a variety of other events, including those focused on technology, culture, and the arts.

  • Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
  • You will receive your wristband, bib number, and timing chip and the spectator wristband for that day.

Please make sure you take a photo of your bib number and chip number, write the bib number on your forearm, and wear the timing chip on either right or left of your ankle.

Please arrive on time, if you miss your start time, you may be unable to race.

If you purchased the Flex Add-On, refunds and name changes can be made via your HYROX account. Please note, one name change is only available for double and relay divisions (with the Flex Add-On).
